I never thought that I could post these horrible photos, or even look at them again. But in the Fall of 2004, I learned that Robert T. Regola was running for State Senate in a filthy rotten campaign which even involved the help of Richard Scaife and his "Tribune-Review". And sadly, the voters were duped and Regola WON, beating one of the best State Senators in the history of Pennsylvania.
Regola is nothing more than a little Land Surveyor whose family surveying firm designed the failure of a stormwater pond that ruined our farm and killed JJ... but in the course of his mudslinging during the campaign he represented that he is a great "engineer", And now he sits on the PA Senate Agriculture Committee where presumably he will "protect" PA Farms??
I HAD to SPEAK UP.
People need to know JJ's story. All of it. JJ deserves JUSTICE.
Nobody should have any part of causing something like this to happen to a living being and get away with it. And especially not then get to be a State Senator.

No beloved living being deserves to end up like this -- and no human being deserves to live through finding an animal they loved and cared for in THIS condition.
I am sorry if anyone is made sick by these pictures, but as I said above, JJ DESERVES JUSTICE! The Cortina Marie #2 holding pond was "in Litigation" for over FIVE YEARS -- five years of dodging and stalling -- when this happened ! AND IT IS STILL NOT REPAIRED AND WORKING PROPERLY!
So to you developers, "engineers", and CNA Insurance -- Shame on you. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!
Especially "Senator"
